David has transacted over 70 USPS leased properties nationally to date with a median purchase price over $700,000 in addition to transacting 35 properties and 450K+ SF in other product types. David has been an annual AUSPL Conference Exhibitor since 2018 and is a leading USPS broker nationally, and a USPS owner himself. David provides sellers access to the biggest USPS investor network in the industry thru his experience, research, dedication and specialization to the discipline.
David a former broker at Marcus & Millichap, has transacted more USPS real estate than another agent in the history of the firm. David was a financial analyst for one of the largest defense contractors in the world, Raytheon, located in St. Petersburg, Florida. David lived in New York City for three years before moving to Vietnam to teach English before embarking upon investment real estate sales in 2015. David has lived and traveled throughout the world visiting six continents.
David currently resides in Dallas, TX, and enjoys skiing, hiking, hunting, camping, and spending time with friends. David grew up in St. Louis, MO, as an accomplished collegiate baseball player at Missouri State. David has continued his involvement with baseball as a coach for Douglas County High School during its 2018 campaign, and an NCAA umpire in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference from 2019-2021. He’s currently working in the Great American Conference and Lone Star Conference and a 2022 graduate of the Wendelstedt Umpire School.
