USPS Properties Sold

Bader Brokerage has transacted United States Postal Service properties in over 25 states throughout the U.S.

The United States Postal Service is an independent agency of the federal government. It is a constitutional provision that postal service is provided to every constituent within the U.S. regardless of geography or local market forces. The USPS is the third largest employer in the U.S. with more than 640,000 civilians, and the largest employer of veterans.

The USPS commercial real estate asset can provide investors greater financial yields than most alternative single tenant investments, such as GSA properties and other credit tenants, with its leases sponsored by the federal government. In addition, facilities are supply constrained with the USPS rarely developing single tenant properties nationally since the early 2000s.

Annual revenues continue to increase with the growing need for package deliveries from e-commerce, and contracted services for Amazon.com, UPS and FedEx last mile distribution. USPS properties represented by Bader Brokerage gain maximum exposure from specialization to USPS investors and national network.
